It would be great to work in a culture where the guidance of this book can be side lined. And instead a Meritocracy with being Radically Open Minded and Radically Transparent established and followed. Until then while being in corporate culture, having some understanding of these rules described in this book can be helpful to not be bulldozed by others.

Where you have greater influence (eg. on your immediate team), strive to push further away from the culture of this book, and create environment much closer to being Radically Transparent and Radically Open Minded Meritocracy. As the environment that would created by this book is a toxic one.
