Use See, Feel, Hear terminology
Outcome specification is more specific than "I want X amount of money".
Instead of using abstract numbers of desire, Outcomes are described in terms of:
- You see.
- You hear.
- You feel.
Be specific. Use SEE, FEEL, HEAR terms.
Questions that should be answered
- What do you see?
- What do you hear?
- How do you feel?
