<p>But not without bounds. The bounds that I mean are not hate speech. The more interesting bounds are bounds in regards to political descent. History shows that US is not above breaking its own rules when it comes to stifling such descent (Eg. <a href="/notes/whh2k5xfgjoxb1h0cjf4e96">COINTELPRO</a>)</p>
